Payment:
Payment is accepted via paypal. You do not need a paypal account and can use your credit card with paypal. If you prefer to pay via e-transfer or over the phone please do not place you order through this online store and instead contact April via email hello@aprillacheurart.com. She will get back to you as quickly as possible. Online orders will not be shipped until payment as cleared.
Shipping:
Shipping is via Canada Post. All prints are shipped expedited with a tracking number. Cards and calendars are shipped via regular mail and will not have a tracking number. If you wish to receive the tracking number for you order please contact April. If interested in international shipping outside of Canada and USA please contact April. Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds: If you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return the item refunds are accepted as long as items are in original state and packaging with no damage. Shipping returns is the responsibility of the purchaser and refund will not be given until item is received and found to be in original state and packaging with no damage. It is recommended to ship back in the packaging it arrived in. Refunds will be granted via the method items was originally paid for. Refunds are granted no more then 60 days from purchase date.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item I would be happy to do so so long as the item is in its original state and packaging with no damage. Shipping exchanges is the responsibility of the purchaser and exchange will not be given until item is received and found to be in original state and packaging with no damage. It is recommended to ship back in the packaging it arrived in. Exchanges are granted no more then 60 days from purchase date.

11×14 prints are a 8×10 print with 11×14 matting fitting an 11×14 frame.
16×20 prints are a 11×14 print with 16×20 matting fitting a 16×20 frame.
