Paintings in this series combine abstract landscapes with trees in the forest, some or all of which maybe transparent. The transparent ‘wisdom trees’ allow their backgrounds proudly to shine through and remind the viewer to do the same. Wisdom trees, like our past and our memories, have wisdom to share and if we listen closely we can hear their whispers.
